Lopital la pral sèvi tankou yon baz kote doktè ak enfimyè ka resevwa antrènman. Lopital la pral prepare enfimyè ak doktè ki ka itilize nouvo aparèy pou analize epi geri moun ki malad. Lopital ap gen 320 kabann. L-ap gen panel ki bay epi itilize kouran ki soti nan solèy.
